A. Yes and no. As part of our “Earth Conscious Prevention” philosophy we favor non-chemical solutions to pest problems as a first line of defense. In many situations, exclusion methods of sealing and filling small structural penetrations around the foundation and utility entrances, reduces your pest liability dramatically. We include this exclusion work as part of every service we provide. However, we do not provide major structural, electrical, or plumbing repairs that are sometimes required to fully eliminate conditions conducive to pest activity. We will identify and make recommendations for those areas of your home or business.
